Just got in from school and have to tell you ...
Our class chicken laid an egg today. Our chicken is called "the little red hen". Mrs Wellman brought the chicken into school. She has more at home.
I told Dad about the chicken. He was very excited. He wants to keep chickens in our garden but Mum says no.
