It was music after school tonight and a rather sad message from my teacher Kay .... the lovely cello my Darwin Mum, Di, bought me at Christmas is too small and I now need an 1/8th!
Mum says she will get on the case but in the meantime I also need a new book - "Cello Time Joggers" by Kathy and David Blackwell.
Must practise lots this week - Kay says my bowing is getting better but I need to play more in-between lessons.

Derbie, I can't wait to hear you play the cello. Perhaps you can do a little concert with Kai. He is very good at the piano and saxophone and he has just started to play in-between lessons too!
