Weekend workout

Busy weekend. I was 1 point away from a trophy again in yesterday's chess competition with Bob but got a medal to add to my collection. I won 3 games, drew 1 and lost 1.


Today was Mothers's day and we made Mum a really cool breakfast in bed. Mo did not eat it. Well, not until Mum was finished then he stole the pepper eyes and ran off with them. It was also Timmy's 50th birthday and we went to lunch in a pub in London called 'The Approach'. It is near where Mum and Dad used to live.


The pub was next to the London Chest Hospital where the Bolton player who had a heart attack is in hospital. There were lots of journalists there.


We gave Tim a Dulcimer and Auntie Jules gave him a case for it. It looks a cool instrument and he was very pleased.


We went to the park too and I played football with Will and Chris, Di's brother.


Zilly, Cosmic and Alfie played in the new play area in Victoria Park.

A day at the ski-side

I went dry skiing this weekend and right up to the top of the slope. I only fell over twice when I was going up on the lift and learnt how to turn. Goodbye my readers - time for school.
