Last day of half term and I went to the cello day at the Yehudi Menuhin School.

I played in the cello clinic - Mum took some videos which she wasn't meant to - I will try and get her to post them on YouTube. The French teacher helped me with my bow handgrip (Kay told her before she heard me!), fingering and the dynamics of my piece.

It was a lovely day and we ate out packed lunches outside. Ten we ward some of the pupils playing. They were awesome. Max played Bach cello suite - he is only 12 and was really good. Kay heard him play when he was 7 and said he played like a grown up then. Then we watched three of the pupils have a lesson in front a famous cellist. One of them was Eva from Spain and the teacher made her look at her handshake and play with more power. I liked Kamal. He played twice and played Elgar in his lesson.

Mum took this picture of him but had to do it in secret so it is a bit rubbish!
