Happy 41 Daddy

Dad was really pleased with the 0630 breakfast in bed and especially loved our loud singing and jumping on the bed. Alex made jam toast sandwiches, because we have run out of frozen peas (Alex's Oter favourite breakfast) and we all carried Dad's tray and presents upstairs singing Happy Birthday.


Dad opened his presents. I gave him some red pepper bubble bath. Cosi gave him some chocolates in different coloured wrapping. Alex gave him a Sherlock Holmes book with little writing. Dad keeps telling the animals they smell - they misunderstood and bought him a bath bomb. Mum gave him a magazine with Being Human people on front and we all gave him a new toasted sandwich maker. Time to get dressed for school now. Lucky old Dad gets a lie in ;)

Chess, cello and chummy ache ...

Cello was awesome this weekend. Kay taught me an exercise to try and help me learn to make my notes vibrate. And I have a new piece that has a rhythm like 'humpy Dumpty'. I also won a medal at Bob's chess competition. I came joint winner of the age 8 section with Amardip! Now I have a tummy ache and have gone to bed with a hot water bottle.

Belated uncle gadget

Ok the blogger ap has updated in Mum's phone so I am going to try and repost our dec 30th birthday video for uncle Zal ... And it still didn't work :(
